A short walk from the city centre and Garden City Mall. Look for the Lumière sign on the ground floor of the building.
Before You Book
A few things clients often ask us before their first visit.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
For standard appointments, no deposit is required. For bridal packages and full-day bookings, a 30% deposit is needed to secure your date.
Can I walk in without booking?
Yes — we accept walk-ins when slots are available. However, we strongly recommend booking ahead to guarantee your preferred stylist and time.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your appointment. This gives us time to complete your consultation before we begin your service.
What if I need to cancel?
Please give us at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can do this via WhatsApp or phone call — no stress, we understand life happens.
Can I bring a plus one?
Of course. Friends and family are welcome to sit with you during your appointment. If they would like a service too, just let us know when you book.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes. Lumière gift vouchers are available for any amount or specific service. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions. Ask us via WhatsApp.
