We strongly recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to secure your preferred time and stylist. We do accept walk-ins when slots are available, but availability is not guaranteed — especially on weekends.
Bridal packages begin with a free consultation — either in person or via WhatsApp. We will discuss your vision, wedding date, and party size, then put together a customised plan and quote for you.
All of them. Our stylists are trained and experienced in 4C natural hair, relaxed hair, locs, twists, weaves, extensions, and fine straight hair. Every texture is welcome at Lumière.
Absolutely. Lumière is a fully unisex studio. Our men's grooming specialist Brian offers precision haircuts, beard shaping, hot towel shaves, and scalp treatments. Men are always welcome here.
We use only salon-grade, professional products selected for their quality and suitability for African hair textures. We are happy to discuss specific products or brands during your consultation if you have sensitivities.
Yes — and we actually encourage it. Reference photos help us understand exactly what you are going for. Send them via WhatsApp before your appointment or bring them along on the day.
We kindly ask for at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the slot to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a small fee for future bookings.
